Refund Policy

Because Khameleon Kickz creates custom, made-to-order pieces, our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair and transparent before work begins.

Custom Orders

All custom sneaker orders are made to order and tailored to each client’s requested design, theme and specifications. Because of this, custom orders are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Please review your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.

Deposits

Where a deposit is taken, it secures your booking, planning time and materials. Deposits are non-refundable once your project has been accepted and scheduled.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel before work has started, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion depending on the stage of planning, sourcing and materials already committed.

Faults or Damage

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine workmanship issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details.

If the issue is verified, we will review the best solution, which may include repair, replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on custom or made-to-order items.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that custom work is created specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold as standard inventory.
